I am from India and I am currently pursuing my PhD at UGent-IMEC under the supervision of Prof. Kris Demyunck and dr. Azarakhsh Jalalvand. My research will be focused on Generating phonological feedback for evidence based speech therapy.
I have completed my Bachelor's in Technology in Computer Science Engineering and have worked in several projects in Cloud Computing, Project Management. My Master's in Technology was from Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology with specialization in Information Technology. While pursuing my Master's i got the opportunity to work in different projects with Industrial Collaboration. The project had been focused on Data Analytics. Here i got the opportunity to Design Optimization Algorithms - Route Optimization for transportation Vehicles based on the GPS Data . My Master's thesis was in the area of Quantum Computing. In this project i had worked on - Improved Synthesis Approach for ESOP-based reversible circuits. After my Master's i got the opportunity to work for IBM for one year for a Health Care project based in Chicago, Abbott Laboratories.I have worked for few months here in Belgium as an Embedded Software Engineer for ALSTOM when i got this opportunity to pursue my PhD from UGent.
TAPAS project has given me the opportunity to help patients improve the pathological speech by means of speech therapy by generating phonological feedback for patients with the help of ML models.
Research Interests
